Pricing for Co-Managed IT Services
While we offer custom services to meet client needs, we generally find that the following three co-managed IT service agreements works for most of our clients.

Block Hour
- 1 hour of labor per 10 devices

vCIO
- Technology roadmap development and implementation
- Budgeting and expense management
- Security assessment and remediation
- Compliance monitoring and reporting
- Vendor management
- IT asset management
- User training and support
- vCIO services are for the strategic planning and management of IT but do not include IT Services
Co-Managed IT Services
Our philosophy for Co-Managed IT is that we don’t look good unless we make you look good. So we partner with your internal IT to work however you need us. So whether your IT staff want to go on vacation without having to still field a thousand emails, you need help with some escalations, or you need us to help with overflow work to allow you to stay on top of your projects, we have your back!
We provide your IT department with the same backend access to our RMM tool that we have for your network.

We can do Co-Managed IT for a flat monthly rate or on a block-hour agreement. Our list pricing for Co-Managed IT is usually $100 per user per month but that amount can vary depending on the exact services that are included will vary depending on the specific needs of your business.
Block Hour Agreement
Our Block Hour pricing is based on the number of devices you have.
For every 10 devices, you pay a monthly fee of $100. This includes one hour of labor per 10 devices. For any additional labor, we charge $115 per hour.
So, if you have 100 devices, your monthly fee would be $1,000 and you would have 10 hours of included labor. If you needed additional labor, we would charge $115 per hour.”
Additional devices can be added for $10 per device per month (so 11 devices would be $110 with 1 hour of IT services included).
Virtual CIO Services
Our vCIO services give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your IT is in good hands. For just $3,000 per month, you’ll get a dedicated vCIO who will work with you to develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with your business goals. We’ll also help you create budgets, manage your IT infrastructure, and stay up-to-date on the latest security threats. With our vCIO services, you can focus on running your business, knowing that your IT is taken care of.”
