What counts as a "user"?
Each person on your team who uses company tech. Pricing is per user, not per device, so someone with a laptop, desktop, and phone still counts once.
Is there really no hourly charge?
Right. Support from 8am to 6pm is included in your monthly price. Work outside those hours is $175/hr.
Is there a contract?
No. We don't do long-term contracts. We'd rather earn your business every month.
What if we have fewer than 8 people?
Managed+ has an 8-user minimum. If you're smaller than that, give us a call and we'll help you figure out whether Managed+ or Monitored makes more sense.
